Breakfast has always been and will always be the most important meal of the day. But why ? Simply because breakfast is the meal that gives you energy to start off your day. You wake up on an empty stomach, feeling all tired and sleepy, starting a new day . But if you don't fuel your body the way you should , you're going to feel tired all day long and won't have energy during the day .
If you want to lose weight and you think skipping breakfast is the right thing to do , you're wrong. Skipping breakfast will only unbalance and slow down your metabolism and instead of losing weight, you will gain weight because skipping meals ,specially breakfast, is one of the worst things you can do !You will eat in bigger portions during the rest of the day, so it's much better to eat a lot in the morning and then eat smaller meals during the day.
